Your 24-Hour NYC Travel Itinerary

The Perfect Day

It’s no hyperbole to state that New York City is in fact one of the greatest places in the world. As a city that truly never sleeps, there is never any shortage of things to do, which lends to its magic.

So, with said endless options… where do you start? Our 24-hour New York City itinerary is your answer to a perfect fall day in the Big Apple.

Start your day with…

There’s no better way to kick off your morning than by inviting zen and gratitude into your day. MNDFL has the perfect 30-minute classes in Greenwich Village that focus on intentions and breathwork. Consider yourself relaxed.

MNDFL Greenwich Village, 10 East 8th Street, mndfl.com

Fuel your body with…

After a five-year pause, Pastis has returned! The quintessential watering hole for the who’s who of the Big Apple serves up total Parisian bistro vibes with enough delicious menu options to please any palate.

Pastis, 52 Gansevoort Street, pastisnyc.com

Pamper your body with…

There are no limits to our love for wellness, so continue the day’s pampering with a stop by The Conservatory. The gallery-like concept store features a thoughtful curation of wellness, style, and home finds, including a selection of our most nourishing and beloved Bastide products.

The Conservatory, 20 Hudson Yards Level 1, theconservatorynyc.com

Get some culture and education at…

The Museum at FIT is one of our favorite places to spend some free time. The school’s gallery space is currently showing a Paris: Capital of Fashion exhibit featuring Provence-born Christian Lacroix, an exclusive pair of Christian Louboutin shoes, and a slew of other jaw-dropping pieces that any fashion lover would melt over.

The Museum at FIT, 227 West 27th Street, fitnyc.edu/museum

Grab lunch at…

Equal parts gorgeous French café, modern NYC restaurant, and a design shopping haven, La Mercerie allows its patrons to buy the silverware they dine on, the furniture outside the dining rooms, and virtually every piece in between. The brain behind the brand, Marie-Aude Rose, also serves up delicious French cuisine including foie gras torchon with pear chutney, duck confit, and ratatouille.

La Mercerie, 53 Howard Street, lamerceriecafe.com

Indulge in some retail therapy at…

Kirna Zabête is one of the city’s coolest boutiques, with a curated selection of some of our favorite brands including Celine, Chloé, and Dior. This year, the hotspot is celebrating twenty years in business—no small feat in an ever-changing retail landscape.

Kirna Zabête, 477 Broome Street, kirnazabete.com

Make a sweet pitstop at…

Originating from Aix-en-Provence in the 16th century, calissons are the desserts of our dreams  — equal parts fruit, almond, and icing. Many make the sweet, but Dana Confection Co. creates some of our favorites in the city: Available in four different locations for your palate pleasure.

Dana Confection Co., danaconfections.com

Check-in and kick your feet up at…

Le Méridien is a renowned hotel group all around the world, with properties from Paris to Cairo. Located steps away from Central Park, the Museum of Modern Art, and Columbus Circle, you can rest and relax in the hotel’s cozy rooms or venture out where everything is at your fingertips.

Le Méridien New York Central Park, 120 West 57th Street, le-meridien.marriott.com

End your night with dinner and drinks at…

Located at the bottom of the Met Breuer and brimming with plants, Flora Bar is easily one of our favorite spots in the city. With a menu to salivate over and cocktails that truly take mixology to the next level, feel free to traipse up to the exhibitions post-dinner or arrive early to take in the works and chat about them over your meal.

Flora Bar, 945 Madison Ave, florabarnyc.com
